At DRIED Flowers, we want you to love your everlasting arrangements; however, if your botanical decor arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the delicate nature of dried flora, items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer care team at support@driedflowers.com with your order number and photos of the arrangement you wish to return.

Secure the Arrangement

Carefully place the dried flowers back into their original protective box and use the provided padding to prevent breakage during shipping.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our florists inspect the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
