Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our everlasting botanicals.
How long do dried flowers typically last?
With proper care, our dried arrangements can last between 1 to 3 years. Keep them out of direct sunlight and high-humidity areas to preserve their color and structural integrity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the continental United States. Due to agricultural regulations regarding plant materials, international shipping is restricted at this time.
How are the flowers packaged to prevent breakage?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly reinforced boxes and delicate tissue padding to ensure your stems arrive intact. Each bouquet is secured to the base of the box to minimize movement during transit.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our flowers are natural, perishable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do dried flowers require any maintenance or watering?
One of the best parts about dried flowers is that they require zero water. In fact, water will damage them. Simply dust them lightly with a soft brush or a hairdryer on a cool, low setting every few months.
Are the dyes used in your flowers safe?
Yes, we use non-toxic, vegetable-based dyes for our tinted varieties. Most of our collection, however, features the natural, undyed colors of the original plants.
